I feel that building a positive working environment for the teachers of a campus is critical in order to create a warm and inviting environment for the students. That is why I feel your action research can have a great positive benefit to your campus. I do have a few points to consider. How will you gather feedback from your colleagues so that you can ensure that the responses are candid and uncensored? Also, what specific motivational theories would you focus your research upon? I fear that by not limiting your focus, you may end up with a project too large for the scope of time that you have to complete it. Your plan is ambitious and well worth doing. I look forward to seeing the results.
ReplyDeleteI feel that this is a great topic to research. Teachers at every campus should have a positive, warm working environment. If teachers aren't motivated and encouraged, the students will pick up on that and it will make it difficult to reach your students. I think you might want to consider using a survey to help you gather feedback from your coworkers. Good Luck and look forward to seeing the end results.
