I
believe that educational leaders might use blogs to post findings about their
action research, and to get feedback from colleagues through their commentaries. They can also comment on their colleagues’
blogs, ask questions and receive advice.
Blogging
facilitates learning, since you are prone to reflect on what you are reading
and purposefully express your thoughts about the topic that has been presented
to you.
At my camus we do a book study and report our sharings through the blog. It is neat to see what everyone is thinking, as we are studying the book.
